Shibel is a Made in India beauty brand that launched with two distinct products—liquid eyeshadows and lip gloss balms. The brand’s vision is to provide high-quality, natural makeup in sustainable packaging, ensuring that beauty lovers get both performance and eco-conscious choices.
Summary
When we partnered with Shibel, our primary goal was to build its digital presence and create a strong brand identity that resonated with modern consumers. We worked on website design, social media strategy, and content creation, ensuring that the brand’s message was communicated effectively. To bring Shibel’s vision to life visually, we curated a moodboard, planned and directed a photoshoot, and produced high-quality visuals that captured the essence of the brand.
Challenge
As a new beauty brand in a highly competitive space, Shibel faced several challenges. Brand awareness was a key hurdle, as the market is flooded with both international and established Indian beauty brands. Product positioning was also crucial, as liquid eyeshadows and lip gloss balms are not mainstream beauty staples, requiring education and storytelling to drive customer interest. Additionally, communicating the sustainability aspect in an engaging way was necessary to set the brand apart.
Solutions
To address these challenges, we implemented a multi-layered strategy. We designed a cohesive visual identity for Shibel, ensuring that the brand had a clean, modern, and premium aesthetic. The website was optimized to provide a seamless shopping experience, with clear product storytelling and a user-friendly interface. For social media, we focused on educational and engaging content, including tutorials, behind-the-scenes footage, and influencer collaborations to showcase how the products work. We also built a strong community-driven approach by encouraging user-generated content and testimonials, allowing early adopters to become brand advocates.
Through a combination of strong branding, high-quality content, and digital marketing strategies, we successfully positioned Shibel as a premium, sustainable, and innovative beauty brand in the Indian market.
